The Adaptive Integrative Resilience-Informed Triage (AIRI-T) framework: specification of the Divergence Recovery Index

Authors/Creators

Description

A self-contained, dated specification of the Adaptive Integrative Resilience-Informed Triage (AIRI-T) framework and its Divergence Recovery Index (dDRI), including the four governance constructs (Priming, Readiness, Trigger, and Stress), the closed-form mathematical transformation, the a priori fixed operational constants, and the threshold-based governance mapping to PROCEED, MODIFY, and ESCALATION zones.

This specification contains no validation results, cohort information, outcome analyses, or performance estimates. Its sole purpose is to establish AIRI-T/dDRI as a pre-specified methodological framework that can be cited independently of any subsequent validation dataset or study.

AIRI-T is intended as a governance framework for clinical decision support and not as a prediction model. The framework has not undergone prospective validation.
