claim-audit-lab: a public, symmetric, falsifiable register of audits of phi-anchored theoretical claims (v0.2-prereg)

Description

Version-controlled register that applies a 5-label epistemic framework (Verified / Empirical fit / Open conjecture / Risk / High-risk / Retracted) to published phi-anchored theoretical-physics, numeric-format, and metaphysical claims, including a symmetric self-audit of the maintainers' own work (CASE-00). The v0.2-prereg snapshot is the freeze-hash anchor for a blind inter-rater study scheduled for Q3 2026 (Loop 2). The framework itself is registered as [Open conjecture] in data/labels.json::framework_self_label with the explicit Fpath: the framework is falsified if an outside rater study shows that two or more labels collapse below Cohen's kappa = 0.4 in practice. Includes a CHANGELOG, a PROMOTION-LEDGER (append-only label-change log), a methodology document with 10 anchor citations and a C1-C10 pitfalls list, and a CONTRIBUTING document with explicit SLAs for right-of-reply, factual corrections, and new-case proposals. CI enforces banned-word, ASCII-only, and symmetric-mirror-required gates. Release commit: a8bfffb53493034971933649c43298fa59e894d6. Tag: v0.2-prereg.

Snapshot freeze-hash anchor for the v0.2-prereg blind inter-rater study (Loop 2, Q3 2026). Cite via DOI rather than the GitHub URL when the inter-rater data is the load-bearing input.
