The Vertical Ontology of Civilization. Axiomatic School of Symbolic Ontology and Structural Linguocosmology
Description
This article presents the foundation of a new axiomatic framework known as the “Vertical Ontology of Civilization,” which interprets civilization not as a historical or material process, but as a structured system of symbolic meaning formation. The model is based on the primacy of meaning structures over empirical reality and introduces a fundamental distinction between two regimes of interpretation: vertical (integrative) and horizontal (distributive).
Language is conceptualized as an ontological interface rather than a representational tool, while cosmological and symbolic forms are treated as operators of boundary transitions within the structure of experience. The emergence of the school is grounded in an analysis of the conditions under which stable configurations of meaning arise, forming the foundation of all forms of knowledge, including scientific systems.

Статья представляет основание новой аксиоматической школы — «Вертикальной онтологии цивилизации», рассматривающей цивилизацию не как историко-материальный процесс, а как структурированную систему символического смыслообразования. В центре модели находится идея первичности структур смысла по отношению к эмпирической реальности, а также различение двух фундаментальных режимов организации интерпретации — вертикального (интегративного) и горизонтального (распределённого).
Язык в данной системе понимается как онтологический интерфейс, а не инструмент описания, а космологические и символические формы — как операторы предельных переходов в структуре опыта. Основание школы выводится из анализа условий возникновения устойчивых смысловых конфигураций, лежащих в основе всех форм знания, включая научное.
Цивилизация интерпретируется как динамическая система когерентности смысловой вертикали, где устойчивость определяется не внешними ресурсами, а внутренней структурной связностью интерпретационных режимов. Школа формализует условия возникновения, стабилизации и распада смысловых структур как базового объекта метаонтологического анализа.
