Higher average values of BayesTraits analysis: q 1 0 (disturbed to undisturbed) = 1.223, q 0 2 (undisturbed to urban)= 1.638, q 1 2 (disturbed to urban)= 1.672, ancestral state in undisturbed habitat (mean: P 0 = 0.435), disturbed (mean: P 1 = 0.353) and urban (mean: P 2 = 0.212).The shaded clade represents T. jandai.
