System of Eternity Governance Architecture v0.5.2

This release freezes the SOE Governance Architecture v0.5.1 as an architecture-ready baseline after post-V4.3 alignment review, multi-AI review consolidation, Word/PDF render QA, and final evidence-boundary checks.

The release preserves the full Governance Architecture v2 Integration Snapshot structure while applying bounded post-V4.3 alignment patches, including C09 Node Formation and Recognition clarifications, C07 long-term integrity/drift-monitoring placement, H(t)/Hero anti-circularity clarification, Node v0.1 boundary language, and readiness-category separation.

Evidence boundaries: Grand Simulation v0.7 remains bounded simulation evidence for an operationalized C00-C08 model and is not deployment evidence. Node v0.1 remains a bounded two-node container record and is not validation, pilot, or deployment evidence. This release is architecture-ready only; it does not establish pilot readiness, deployment readiness, empirical validation, real-world safety, or operational authority sufficiency.
