This archive contains the code and data used for the numerical simulations, analyses, and figure generation in the article “Koopman mode decomposition of thermodynamic dissipation in nonlinear Langevin dynamics.”
The archive includes a Jupyter notebook for the main analysis and figure generation, and MATLAB scripts for generating simulation data used as input data for the analyses. The numerical examples are based on the noisy FitzHugh–Nagumo model and include the analyses for the main figures and supporting figures.
The file main_analysis.ipynb contains the main Python analysis workflow. The MATLAB scripts in the simulated_data directory generate or process the simulation data used in the notebook.
