Description
The United States healthcare system spends an estimated $4.5 trillion annually, yet roughly $1 trillion is wasteful, much of it traceable to fragmented patient data, redundant testing, medication errors, and administrative inefficiency. Insurance portals contain claims data and policy information but are blind to medications paid out of pocket, out-of-network care, and clinical details that were never billed. EHR patient portals provide access to records from a single health system but those patients who see multiple providers carry fragmented records across disconnected institutional silos.
MyDigiRecords (MDR) is a patient-held, institution-independent personal health record platform designed to fill this gap. By consolidating a patient’s complete medication list including all prescriptions, OTC medications, supplements, and historical records and reconciling prescriptions against insurance claims to identify what was ordered versus what was actually filled, MDR provides a complete pharmacological and clinical picture that no other system can produce.
