Description

This deliverable (D2.4) reports on the prototyping of data formats, development of API calls, and the subsequent integration and visualization of pan-genome data across established plant platforms. Led by ELIXIR UK with assistance from ELIXIR Belgium, this work was conducted under Work Package 3 (WP3) of the E-PAN project within the BFSP Commissioned Service, specifically linking the PLAZA/FRINGE comparative genomics environment with the KnetMiner knowledge graph.
