Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

Cumulative ED0017–ED0020 restoration across 26 controlled source lines. Start with 10-de.pdf; 20-de.tex is the editable source, and canon-r37.zip carries the deterministic build and the auditable evidence.

The successor authority is NOETH-DE-ED-0020, bound by correction-scope receipt SHA-256 311DE52E055196F0F94A914762C7780E25C83CF4A67EC55177A258448AC370E6. It preserves the primary-print Paper 45 reading K_i ≡ 0(q_i) and includes the exact source-derived rosette needed for a self-contained editable package. Translation bytes and lane-owned status labels are unchanged.

CANON-REGISTRY-0008 passed the prepublication registry gate while NOETH-DE-ED-0015 remained the project-active German authority. Package construction and same-concept publication are therefore separate from activation of NOETH-DE-ED-0020; activation occurs only after publication and anonymous all-file SHA-256 readback.
