Engineering Code of the Nation: Opportunities for Rethinking

This article examines the situation with engineering personnel through the lens of the Ekvilibro laws of the mechanics of consciousness. It is shown that the issues of reproducing the engineering corps are connected not only with economic and educational factors, but also with mechanisms of perception, stereotypes, and inertial processes in people's consciousness. An approach is proposed that is based not on "restoring" old models, but on the conscious restructuring of engineering thinking using the "Ekvilibro Game" method as a tool for developing the skill of working with contradictions.

The situation with engineering personnel is a complex challenge that has no simple solutions. Alongside economic and institutional measures, it may be useful to pay attention to the cognitive and mental aspects of reproducing the engineering corps.

This is about consciously rethinking approaches to the training and activities of engineers, taking into account the changed world.
