BraneBulk Omnibus 0-CCLXXIII: Complete Compilation of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework (Papers 0 through CCLXXIII)

Description

Complete compilation of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk (OOB) framework, Papers 0 through CCLXXIII (274 numbered papers including Paper 0). This release adds two new papers on top of the CCLXXI-tagged omnibus (1680 pp): Paper CCLXXII (The IceCube 5 TeV-10 PeV Spectral Feature as W-Threshold Bulk Transit: A Log-Parabolic Account from a Generation Comb and the sigma_T2* = 1/8 Curvature, 3 pp): An account of the IceCube spectral feature (arXiv:2507.22233, PRL 136 (2026) 121002). Two framework quantities set the feature while the source index and normalization remain astrophysical inputs: the LOCATION is the mu-rung of the generation comb E_g = m_W^2/(2 m_g), giving E_th = m_W^2/(2 m_mu) = 30.6 TeV (-0.4 sigma MESE / +1.1 sigma CF break); the CURVATURE is sigma_T2* = (1/2)^3 = 1/8, giving beta_LP = ln10/8 = 0.288, bracketing the two IceCube log-parabola fits within 1 sigma. The same comb places the e-rung at 6.32 PeV (Glashow; IceCube 2021 6.05 PeV event) and the tau-rung at 1.82 TeV (below the 5 TeV floor). The log-parabolic shape follows from a reciprocity double-log. Honest limits recorded: IceCube marginally prefers a broken power law over the log-parabola; the CCXLVI per-interaction cap f_max = 2/3 does not apply to cumulative cosmological propagation. Clinical link: the same sigma_T2* = 1/8 governs the 7T MRI T2* envelope (CCLXIII-P3). Paper CCLXXIII (The Black-Hole Interior Already Mapped: One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Answers to the Loop-Quantum-Gravity Bounce, and a Discriminating Evaporation Test, 3 pp): Response to the Loop Quantum Gravity 'Planck star' program (Rovelli and collaborators). In OOB the black-hole interior is not a quantum bounce but a 90-degree Wick rotation, with brane excursion rate v(r) = c*sqrt(1 - r_s/r) (exact on the black-string metric, Paper CCLXVIII) vanishing at r_s and turning imaginary inside so no singularity forms. GR and QM are co-derived from the octonions rather than linked. The framework predicts NO particle dark matter, in contrast to the LQG Planck-star-remnant proposal, with a discriminating black-hole evaporation signature. Build: 1686 pages, 25.37 MB.
