For over a century, theoretical physics has operated under the unverified assumption that the traditional Planck length (~10^-35 meters) represents the absolute fundamental limit of physical spacetime. This paper demonstrates that this scale is not a physical geometric boundary, but a mathematical artifact born of dimensional analysis. Applying this miscalibrated metric to quantum field theory is the mechanical cause of the Cosmological Constant Problem (the 120-order-of-magnitude vacuum catastrophe). By shifting the structural universe floor to the recalibrated baseline of 10^-31, we mathematically eliminate the vacuum catastrophe and derive the true fundamental gravitational tension (G_struct). Furthermore, this paper exposes the fundamental circular tautology embedded in standard holographic cosmology, proving that macroscopic gravity (G_macro) is not a fundamental constant, but merely a diluted empirical shadow operating across the macroscopic geometry.
