Description

Abstract
Anxiety and phobias are among the most prevalent psychological challenges affecting individuals across different cultures and age groups. While numerous therapeutic approaches have demonstrated effectiveness, there remains a growing need for integrative and client-centered intervention models. This paper introduces the Omraie Intervention Model (OMR), a structured framework that integrates principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching psychology, cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, and resource activation.
The OMR model provides a systematic process for identifying limiting beliefs, transforming emotional responses, strengthening personal resources, and facilitating sustainable behavioral change. The framework is presented as a practical intervention model for anxiety and phobia management, emphasizing client empowerment, self-awareness, and long-term resilience.
This article discusses the theoretical foundations of the model, its intervention stages, and its potential applications in coaching, counseling, personal development, and educational settings. The OMR model represents an innovative contribution to the integration of NLP and coaching methodologies within contemporary psychological support systems.
