This deliverable defines standards for assessing the completeness and quality of plant pan-genomes, with a focus on ensuring reliable detection of gene presence/absence and copy-number variation across multiple genome assemblies. The objective is to provide practical, community-aligned guidance for quality control (QC) of both individual genomes and integrated pan-genome datasets, supporting robust downstream analyses in biodiversity research and crop improvement
