I·V·O Framework — Canonical Public Archive v1.0

This archive serves as the canonical public release of the I·V·O Framework v2.0. It contains the current kernel, design rationale, AI reference implementation, research proposals and supporting documents. Individual components may later be released as separate citable publications with their own DOIs.
