Mathematical Foundations of Reflexive Reality: A Unified Formalism of Self-Defining Systems, Transputation, and the Geometry of Coherence
Authors/Creators
Description
We present the Mathematical Foundations of Reflexive Reality (MFRR), a unified
framework demonstrating that a self-consistent, computable universe must be
reflexive: its laws, description, and execution are coextensive. Through a
suite of foundational closure theorems and the Two-Layer PSC Theorem, we
prove that Perfect Self-Containment (PSC) necessitates a lawful,
non-computable mechanism for resolving indeterminacy—Transputation (PT)—which
functions not as an algorithm, but as a physical process of thermodynamic
relaxation governed by the Reflexive Landauer Bound ( E_PT k_B T n + E_). The
forcing of transputation as the unique internal adjudicator under
closed-choice conditions is machine-proved in companion paper
(closed_choice_forces_transputation; zero sorry; Strong Transputational
Universality, STU). At the constructive level, the TE_2.U experiment
demonstrates a Strong Transputational Universality advantage: a reflexive
DSAC architecture achieves O(10^4) speedup over classical solvers across
diverse task families (Theorem , empirically justified). This framework
unifies logic, energy, and geometry into a single causal structure. Key
foundational discoveries include: The Quantum-Geometric Equivalence Theorem:
We prove that quantum superposition is formally equivalent to a system
dwelling on an ``Adjudicative Manifold'' of sustained, unresolved degeneracy.
This identifies the ``collapse'' as a lawful optimization of the dissonance
functional. The Information Profit Principle: We derive a universal
self-organization threshold of Generation/Drain > 1.13, analytically
determined by the fundamental constant = / (2). This principle unifies
quantum decoherence (re-framed as profit accounting corruption, providing the
computational proof of the No-Go Theorem for Stochastic Resolution),
biological metabolism, and economic viability as manifestations of a single
profit-accounting requirement. Reflexive Gravity and Unitarity: We derive the
Reflexive Horizon First Law and provide a formal MFRR mechanism for
black-hole information recovery via a reversible operator (PT^-1) that
establishes Reflexive Unitarity within the MFRR formalism. Horizons are
identified as distributed adjudication manifolds saturating the Landauer
bound. Critically, we show that the Standard Model of particle physics
follows as a theoretical and computational necessity within 4D renormalizable
gauge theory space under PSC constraints, via a Two-Layer PSC Theorem . Layer
I (Consistency Narrowing): Hard PSC axioms (RC, Renormalization Closure;
NM^*, No-Metric-Signature-Stability; TV, Topological Viability; SA,
Self-Awareness) uniquely force the gauge group SU(3) SU(2) U(1) with minimal
chiral matter and N_gen 3 generations (formally defined and proved in ;
machine-checked in nems-lean ). Layer II (Optimality Selection): Presentation
Invariance (PI) via minimal description length selects N_gen = 3 as the
unique PSC-optimal solution among consistent survivors. Basin structure
analysis confirms the Standard Model as a robust SRRG computational attractor
(97 Extending to the cosmic scale, MFRR establishes the Cosmic Reflexive
Oscillator, demonstrating that global adjudication cycles never terminate but
drive a dynamic, non-equilibrium cosmology via Topological Self-Similarity:
the micro and macro regimes share the same form as closed informational
loops. Part V extends the framework from analytic closure to constructive
realization through a series of steel-man experiments (TE_2.1 Recursive
Fidelity validation program: 11 experiments, 710 runs) that derive canonical
physical laws purely from information-theoretic constraints. On finite, noisy
substrates with no hard-coded physics, we demonstrate: (i) emergent force law
with exponent p = 2.60 0.16 (intermediate regime; asymptotes to r^-2 for r k)
and time dilation from error minimization and computational load; (ii)
bimodal quantization from stochastic Born-rule measurements; (iii)
spontaneous wormhole formation (ER=EPR) as a thermodynamic ground state; and
(iv) evolutionary validation of the universal 1.13 Information Profit
threshold across parameter space. Part V further establishes five advanced
theorems proving the PSC-optimality of our universe's structure via a
two-layer result: TE_2.2 proves the Standard Model universe is the unique
PSC-optimal minimizer of the dissonance functional (20,160 universes scanned,
SM rank #1), with consistency constraints narrowing to SM-type gauge
structure and optimality selecting N_gen=3; TE_2.3 demonstrates SM gauge
structure and nuclear physics emerge from SRRG flow (97 The framework is
rigorously verified by the -RCP, TE_1, and TE_2 validation programs,
comprising 297 first-party Python modules (count per MODULE_INVENTORY.md;
210,000 lines), 60+ deterministic simulations, and 57,337+ experimental runs
across 15,894+ result files (including 20,160 universe evaluations in TE_2.2,
160+ genesis experiments in TE_2.1, and 164+ black-hole unitarity tests in
TE_2.4). This suite confirms core predictions to sub-percent precision,
including the Adjudication–Entropy Correspondence (/k_B 2; RFT E8 regression
slope ratio 1.0005), the CDM expansion history (|w_a| < 10^-4), and the
Reflexive Dimensionality Law (D_eff = d + ). By deriving the Standard Model,
General Relativity, and the thermodynamic bounds of cognition from a single
reflexive principle, MFRR establishes itself as a candidate for a complete,
self-contained theory of existence—unifying the geometry of spacetime, the
structure of matter, and the dynamics of life and mind.
