Relational Dynamics™: Ontology of Relational Dynamics · v0.2

  • 1. ScholarLand Ltd

Description

Relational Dynamics™ was originated and developed by Dr Alice Jing Shan 单景 as a broader working frame for understanding how systems form, stabilise, drift, adapt, and sometimes collapse under constraint over time.

This bilingual positioning document introduces the Ontology of Relational Dynamics as the philosophical stance underlying the broader Relational Dynamics™ framework.

Its core ontological claim is: “Reality is relational dynamics under constraint over time.”

A related working frame within Relational Dynamics™ is: “Excellence is capacity held in coherence under constraint over time.”

The document introduces related concepts including constraint, time, system trajectory, coherence, relational stabilisation, and traceability, while distinguishing the work from existing uses of relational ontology, process ontology, and technical AI ontologies.

The English and Chinese versions are not treated as simple translations, but as coupled expressions of the same relational framework across two language-fields.

This document establishes an initial traceable and versioned coordinate for future development.

Notes (English)

Version 0.2 Note

Version 0.2 supersedes v0.1 and serves as the current canonical version of the Ontology of Relational Dynamics.

Version 0.2, released 30 May 2026, confirms the core ontological stance established in v0.1 while refining the treatment of temporary stabilisations, the distinction between the Ontology of Relational Dynamics, relational ontology, and process ontology, and the ontological precedence of relation within relational dynamics.

It also refines the Chinese rendering of the Excellence statement for conceptual precision and alignment with the wider Relational Dynamics™ framework.

Traceability is part of the method. The framework may evolve, but its evolution should remain visible.
