Reproductive Overdraft Syndrome (RO Syndrome™): Concept, Clinical Application, and Prevention Algorithms in the Management of Complex Infertility

 Reproductive Overdraft Syndrome (RO-Syndrome) is a critical pathophysiological state of a lostatic overload within the reproductive system, where stimulation, conception, or gestation occur under conditions of profound celular, mitochondrial, and metabolic deficit. The organism forcibly redistributes ("borrows") vital bioenergetic resources from other somatic systems to support reproductive functions, leading to irreversible reserve depletion (biological default), gamete quality degradation, and systemic complications.  Reproductive Overdraft Syndrome (RO-Syndrome) is diagnosed and managed at three critical levels: Ovarian Reserve Overdraft, Mitochondrial Overdraft, and Gestational Systemic Overdraft. The clinical application of this concept lies in the mandatory diagnostic prevention (anti-overdraft preparation) of the couple prior to entering ART protocols.
