This repository contains the data and code for the manuscript.
Prefix indicate category the file:
"clm_code_mod": Modified CTSM/CLM code that implements the hydrogen deposition scheme. See CESM/CTSM instruction for applying the modifications to CTSM source code.
"analysis_code": plotting and data analysis scripts
"processed_model_output_depvel": CTSM output containting deposition velocity and individual resistances (all required data for AS analysis)
"processed_model_output_generic": Other CTSM variables analyzed (LAI, soil moisture, soil OM content, soil temperature, etc.)
