This article examines the physiological mechanisms by which manual anti-cellulite massage influences subcutaneous adipose tissue. The study analyzes the effects of manual techniques such as kneading, stroking, vibration, and rubbing on microcirculation, lymphatic drainage, connective tissue remodeling, and adipocyte function. The findings suggest that regular manual anti-cellulite massage may improve tissue trophism, reduce edema, support lymphatic flow, soften fibrotic structures, and contribute to the aesthetic correction of cellulite when combined with physical activity and proper lifestyle interventions.
