Description: This edition of the Research Data Insider focuses on FIDELIS – Establishing a European Network of Trustworthy Digital Repositories. FIDELIS is a three-year project, launched in 2025 and funded by the European Commission’s Horizon Europe programme. Its objective is to build a network of trusted digital repositories (TDRs) that supports the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) to help keep its web of FAIR data and services sustainable over time. During the project, FIDELIS will set up and run a European network of TDRs, support the development and growth of TDRs within the EOSC ecosystem, promote harmonisation and interoperability between repositories, and strengthen skills and network expansion through a training and support programme.
About the speaker:
Lisa Tveit Sandberg works as a senior adviser at Sikt’s research data archive, which is both a consortium member and a network member of the FIDELIS project.
