HIPSS D3.4 Report on Model for Knowledge Exploitation Strategy and Increasing Outreach
Authors/Creators
Description
The purpose of this deliverable is to define a model for knowledge exploitation that allows for iterative improvements and increasing outreach for the results of Work Package 3 (WP3), Systemic demand-driven frameworks, needs analysis and definition. This plan outlines how AQuAS, acting as the PPI policy health system advisor, will use, sustain, and scale the project outcomes to support the uptake of Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) as a lever for systemic transformation.
As a public entity, AQuAS’ exploitation strategy is impact-driven and non-commercial, focusing on capacity building and service provision through the PPI health system policy lab. This deliverable responds to the Grant Agreement (GA) requirement to create a model that ensures findings are not confined to isolated pilots but drive sustained, system-wide healthcare improvement.
