Description

This repository releases two Arabic emotion detection datasets introduced in the paper:

Benchmarking Arabic Emotion Detection: Transformers Evaluation Using a Unified Dataset

Both datasets are based on Ekman’s six basic emotions — Anger, Disgust, Fear, Joy, Sadness, Surprise —
extended with a None category for texts without an expressed emotion.
