Documentation & Metadata (WP3)

• Added ro-crate-metadata.json describing the full experiment package including input datasets, code, trained models, and output data with all relationships (T3.1)
• Added codemeta.json following CodeMeta 2.0 schema with authors, ORCIDs, dependencies, and licence (T3.2)
• Added FAIR4ML-compliant metadata for each trained ML model including hyperparameters, evaluation metrics, and known limitations (T3.3)
• Added Croissant JSON-LD metadata record describing all dataset fields, data types, units, distribution information, and licence (T3.4)
• Added model card at docs/model-card.md with intended use, evaluation results, limitations, and ethical considerations (T3.5)
• Added licence assignments for input data (OGL v3.0), software (MIT), and output data (CC BY 4.0) with a LICENSE file in the repository root (T3.6)
• Extended README.md with project abstract, reproduction instructions, contributors with ORCIDs, and Zenodo DOI badge (T3.7)
• Connected repository to Zenodo via GitHub–Zenodo integration to mint DOI and added CITATION.cff to the repository root (T3.8)
