Processed data for GSE174188 "Single-cell RNA-seq reveals cell type-specific molecular and genetic associations to lupus"

COMBAT-CITESeq-DATA.h5ad file were downloaded from GSE174188.

For the convenience of devices with limited RAM, count matrix were extracted and saved with BPCells::write_matrix_dir() (v0.3.1) and archived with tar and zstd. Cell metadata were extracted to csv format ( .cell column barcode compatible with tidyseurat ) and compressed with zstd.
