Description

TSOTSAGraph is a multimodal food knowledge graph designed for the field of Food Information Engineering. Built on the Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG) infrastructure, it enables the semantic organization of African, Asian, and Western food knowledge. TSOTSAGraph integrates heterogeneous data from scientific publications, the USDA Food Composition Database, and FAO reports to support semantic food search, nutritional analysis, and intelligent assistants dedicated to the food domain.
