Simulated Magnetic Resonance Elastography data for a mouse brain model

  • 1. University Hospital Erlangen

Description

This repository contains simulated Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) displacement fields for a mouse brain model in Matlab .MAT format.

domain.mat contains the head geometry including skin/subcutaneous tissue, bones, CSF, white, and gray matter domains.

mre.mat contains 3D, full-field, complex-valued displacement fields in the frequency domain at 900 Hz.
Data orientation:
mre.displacement(:, :, :, 1) > 0 along mre.displacement(1:2, :, :, 1)
mre.displacement(:, :, :, 2) > 0 along mre.displacement(:, 1:2, :, 2)
mre.displacement(:, :, :, 3) > 0 along mre.displacement(:, :, 1:2, 3)
