Reality's Alphabet Atoms, Codons, Particles, and Meanings as Four Projections of Q3 Recognition Cost

The natural sciences contain several discrete classification systems that have usually been treated as independent facts: the periodic table of the elements, the universal genetic code, the particle mass spectrum, and the finite semantic alphabet of the Universal Light Language. This paper gives a single source for their architecture. Recognition Science starts from the Recognition Composition Law, whose unique normalized positive-ratio cost is J(x) = ½(x + 1/x) − 1. The same forcing chain gives the golden ratio φ, spatial dimension D = 3, and the 8-tick recognition period 2^D = 8. The resulting cube Q₃ is not one model among many; it is the minimal carrier of the forced recognition cycle. We show that Q₃ generates four alphabets: the 20 amino acids of the genetic code, the 20 WTokens of the meaning manifold ℂP⁶, the recognition-cost architecture of atomic ground states, and the φ-ladder mass law for particles. The proof status differs by column. The genetic code column is theorem-grade and zero-parameter; the meaning column is theorem-grade through the forward photon-to-meaning map and conditional for the physical inverse; the periodic-table column is theorem-grade for its structural Aufbau and no-row certificate architecture but calibrated for absolute observables; the mass-spectrum column proves the φ-scaling law and treats numerical particle masses as empirical validation. The point is not that every numerical surface is already anchor-free. The point is sharper: one functional equation forces one cube, and that cube is the common alphabet behind matter, life, particles, and meaning.
