Non-target mass spectrometry atmospheric water-soluble organic aerosol composition data for: A Decadal-Scale Perspective on PM10 Composition and its Variability Drivers at the Alpine High-Altitude Research Station Jungfraujoch

Description
This dataset contains atmospheric water-soluble organic aerosol composition measured by non-target mass spectrometry techniques from water-extracted High Volume (HiVol) PM10 filter samples collected at the High Altitude Research Station Jungfraujoch (JFJ, 3580 m above sea level, 46°32′ N 7°59′ E), between 2011 and 2021, as used in the manuscript Weng et al. (in preparation). The mass spectrometry techniques covered here are Offline Long Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometry (Offline-AMS) and Offline Long Time-of-Flight Extractive Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (Offline-EESI-MS)
Filters were chemically analyzed as composite samples (per each sample, four 24 h filters at an interval of four days for the full period of 2011 to 2021), as described in Weng et al. (in preparation). Periods identified as Saharan dust dominated (cf. Weng et al. (in preparation), SI) were omitted from the data.
Offline-AMS ion intensities are reported in (hypothetical) ambient mass concentrations in $μg/m^3$ and as ion mass fractions (in this context, fractions means normalized to total AMS ion intensity). Atomic ratios and organic matter to organic carbon (OM/OC) ratios are also provided.
Offline-EESI-MS data are reported in absolute ion intensites [dimensionless] and standardized ion fractions (in this context, fractions means normalized to total EESI-MS ion intensity). Data from all mass spectrometers are after filtering of noisy ions (cf. Weng et al. (in preparation), SI).
