Description

This dataset contains surface characterization data (XPS, XRD, Contact Angle) for a Nb₃₀Ti₃₀Zr₃₀Cr₅Mo₅ (at. %) medium entropy alloy, comparing polished (MEA-P) with hydrothermal (0.5 M: MEA-HT0.5M; 1 M: MEA-HT1M) treated samples. It details the process for producing a uniform oxide/hydroxide layer using a Teflon-lined autoclave at 200 °C for 3 hours.
