What's Changed
The rapid-fire patch releases for this version are mostly due to some accumulated tech debt. Trying to clean things up as much as possible for the next phase of adding a basic cancer modeling scheme to rneat. The idea being to simulate real cancer reads but have a golden vcf for both germline and somatic variants. Trying to sketch it out as much as possible so I can get some colleagues to review.
