Abstract: The classic entrepreneurial spirit paradigm represented by Schumpeter's theory of creative destruction is based on a mechanistic worldview of rational choice, linear monotonicity of risk reward, unique behavioral states, and observation neutrality. It simplifies entrepreneurial decision-making into a deterministic causal chain of "adventure innovation profit". Although this framework lays the theoretical foundation for innovation economics, it systematically deviates from the behavior of real entrepreneurs: top entrepreneurs generally exhibit a contradictory unity of breakthrough innovation impulses and extreme risk avoidance tendencies, strategic adjustments show discontinuous transition characteristics, heterogeneous decisions can be successful in similar environments, and small external signals often trigger systematic strategic restructuring. Traditional theories, by introducing cognitive biases, bounded rationality, and behavioral heterogeneity for local repair, have failed to reveal the quantum essence of entrepreneurial spirit at the ontological level. This article constructs the Quantum Entrepreneurial Spirit (QES) theory under the paradigm of pure economics and cognitive science, proposing five core axioms: decision state superposition, expected coherence resonance, behavior benefit entanglement, observation collapse, and entrepreneurial entropy. It provides a unified formal expression of quantum entrepreneurial decision-making and value creation. This article rigorously proves that Schumpeter's innovation theory, Knight's uncertainty theory, Coase's firm contract theory, resource-based view, and behavioral entrepreneurship theory are all degenerate exceptions of quantum entrepreneurship under specific constraints. The quantum entrepreneurial spirit endogenously depicts the complete dynamic process of decision-makers overlapping, interfering, resonating, and transitioning between innovation and conservatism, expansion and contraction, and provides a unified explanation for all seemingly contradictory, abnormal, and irrational phenomena in entrepreneurial decision-making. It provides a more realistic and unified foundational paradigm for innovation economics, strategic management, and entrepreneurship research.
