ROSI: Relational Orientation System for Information — Formal Specification of the Relational Engine and the Lambda Difference Mechanism Creators:

Description

This record publicly timestamps and archives the first public registration manuscript of ROSI: Relational Orientation System for Information.

ROSI is presented as a formal arithmetic-relational computing architecture based on the Mersenne closure spectrum, orientational uncertainty, closure capacity, and the Lambda Difference Mechanism. The manuscript defines the Relational Engine, orientation registers, Lambda projection rules, a symbolic instruction set, prototype computational circuits, and a cautious Collatz testbed as a stress-test for the proposed grammar.

This publication is intended to establish a public authorship record, priority of terminology, priority of formal arrangement, and priority of the described computational architecture as an integrated symbolic-computational system. No claim is made that ROSI is a physical quantum computer, a validated physical theory, an experimentally confirmed model of nature, or a solution to the Collatz conjecture.

Notes

ROSI — Relational Orientation System for Information — is an exploratory computational architecture for closure, orientation, projection, and relational transitions.

This release provides the initial reference implementation, including Mersenne closure-level logic, orientation registers, Lambda Difference Mechanism, example scripts, minimal tests, documentation, citation metadata, and GitHub Actions.

ROSI is not presented as a validated physical theory. Physical applications remain bridge hypotheses requiring separate tests, baseline comparisons, and falsification conditions.
