Description

BLADE-SWARM Governance Node v1.0 is a research-paper and companion-artifact release describing an authority-gated governance layer for decentralized autonomous swarms operating under contested-RF and Byzantine-fault assumptions.

The release includes a PDF research paper, browser-based illustrative simulator, simulation audit report, TLA+ formal specification, formal verification report, and Zenodo metadata. The work focuses on decision-governance logic, quorum certification, safe-halt behavior, and tamper-evident auditability.

The artifacts are simulation and formal-model research artifacts only. No field testing, live-RF testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, operational deployment, or weapons-control capability is claimed.

Released under CC BY 4.0 for academic review, replication, and technical discussion.
