D4.2 – Report on the state of the art in Digital Democracy Technology

The deliverable provides a survey of existing Digital Democracy Apps, Open-Source platforms, and Data Ethics and Data Security Best Practices with an additional in-depth summary looking at the discussion output from citizens and governmental agencies and their feedback and suggestions on the INNOVADE Digital Democracy App. Based on these, the report discusses the scope and boundary of tools used in the App, such as generative AI.
