Description
This thesis analyzes the legal regulation of appeals of individuals and legal entities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the constitutional and legislative foundations of the right to appeal, as well as the procedure for submitting, registering, and considering appeals by competent state bodies and organizations. The thesis highlights the main forms of appeals, including oral, written, and electronic appeals, and explains their role in protecting the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of applicants. Special attention is given to the importance of appeals in ensuring transparency, accountability, legality, and public participation in state administration. The thesis concludes that the effective functioning of the appeal system is an important guarantee of human rights protection and the development of democratic governance in Uzbekistan.
