High connectivity and genetic stability of Bactrocera dorsalis in La Réunion revealed by genome-wide analyses
Authors/Creators
Description
Within the REACT project, this study contributes to the characterization of local population structure and seasonal dynamics of Bactrocera dorsalis. La Réunion provides a contrasting island system, where B. dorsalis populations occur across strong ecological and altitudinal gradients. We tested whether this landscape generates spatial, temporal, or altitudinal genetic structure in Bd.
