Description

Figure 3 Phylogenetic tree inferred by Bayesian analysis (BI) and maximum likelihood (ML) based on concatenated dataset of COI, 16S and 28S genes. Numbers at nodes are statistical support values for BI (posterior probabilities)/ML (bootstrap proportions in percentage). Solid red circles represent nodes with posterior probabilities ≥ 0.95 and bootstrap proportions ≥ 90. the yellow shaded area highlights the clade of Aenigmula. The bars on the right side of the phylogram are three species delimitation methods (in order ABGD, ASAP, and bPTP).
