Description

A technical evidence-chain contribution related to the European Commission / AI Office consultation on draft Article 50 transparency guidelines under the EU AI Act.

The package maps system boundaries, actor roles, transparency triggers, disclosure and marking controls, provenance mechanisms, witness/audit evidence, human review, and responsible actors.

It proposes the implementation chain:

system -> role -> obligation trigger -> disclosure / marking control -> evidence artifact -> responsible actor -> legal review path

This package does not claim formal compliance, certification, conformity assessment, or legal sufficiency for any concrete deployed AI system.

The official EUSurvey confirmation records and administrative contribution identifiers are retained privately by the author and are not included in this public Zenodo package.
