Files for molecular dynamics simulations of C. acetobutylicum and Z. mobilis membranes of varying CFA concentrations exposed to butanol and isobutanol.

This data is in support of an upcoming manuscript characterizing the effect of butanol and isobutanol on C. acetobutylicum and Z. mobilis membranes in the presence of cyclopropane fatty acids (CFAs) and hopanoids. The files were taken from the directory structure that contains the simulation files and were pruned to fit within the zenodo upload limit. The following tar command was used to generate the tarball:
