BLADE-AGENT-HSM: A Reference Hardware-Root-of-Trust Design and Verified Emulator for Agentic-AI Authority Governance

BLADE-AGENT-HSM is a reference hardware-root-of-trust design for agentic-AI authority governance. The design pairs with the AUTHREX-AGENT software shim and binds authority tier, audit ledger, tool policy, spawn quorum, and tamper state to TPM 2.0 platform configuration registers through a five-command host ABI.

This deposit includes a Zenodo research paper, an interactive browser-based emulator, deterministic test batteries, golden traces, validation documentation, an interface control document, integration guidance, requirements traceability, and hardware reference-design files. The emulator implements the logical authority-governance behavior, trace verification, attestation-identity pinning, and software-only versus HSM-backed baseline comparison.

All claims are specification-level and emulator-level unless otherwise stated. No first-article hardware, hardware-in-the-loop testing, side-channel measurement, integrated-device certification, government approval, or agency endorsement is claimed. This work is released as an independent reference design and reproducible research artifact under CC BY 4.0.
