• Harden the import pipeline with better failure reporting:
  • route command-palette imports through a dedicated wrapper that catches unexpected failures,
  • write detailed import errors to the plugin log when file logging is enabled,
  • add more specific failure context for bundled-tool sync, Zotero lookup, PDF resolution, Docling extraction, chunk indexing, Redis rebuilds, and final note assembly.
• Improve worker-mode Docling startup and artifact caching:
  • pin docling to 2.89.0,
  • preconfigure shared cache directories for Docling and Hugging Face artifacts in Docker/worker mode,
  • prefetch Docling models on worker startup and persist them behind a version stamp to avoid repeated live downloads.
• Pass DOCLING_ARTIFACTS_PATH through to Docling pipeline options when supported so imports can reuse the prefetched model cache.
