Description

This is part of the supplementary material needed to reproduce the results in the paper kikuchipy: an open-source toolbox for analysis of EBSD patterns by H. W. Ånes, P. Crout, L. Lervik, O. Natlandsmyr, T. Bergh, J. Hjelen, A. T. J. van Helvoort, and K. Marthinsen.

Three application examples are presented in the paper. This Zenodo upload holds the EBSD patterns for two of the examples. The remaining EBSD patterns, all EBSD master patterns used, and images can be obtained from other Zenodo uploads (this is done to (1) avoid duplication and (2) ease re-use of datasets).

All EBSD patterns and master patterns can be read and visualized using the kikuchipy Python package (https://kikuchipy.org).

Analysis was done with Jupyter notebooks and Matlab scripts. These are available at: https://github.com/hakonanes/kikuchipy-paper-examples/.
