qijiang-tech/cripr-protocol: CRISPR protocol open-source implementation

We provide an open-source Google Colab Jupyter notebook implementing all analysis steps described in this protocol, including flat-field and background correction, fluorescence calibration, Michaelis-Menten kinetic analysis, self-consistency checks, and limit-of-detection (LoD) determination.
