This dataset contains CODEX and H&E data from lung cancer tissues. These data were generated to support cross-modality analyses and can be used for studies of tissue architecture, cellular neighborhoods, and computational pathology in cancer.

This dataset is available through this repository for academic, non-commercial research use only.
