اتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية عام 1961 هي اتفاقية دولية تحدد الإجراءات والضوابط الخاصة بالعمل الدبلوماسي بين الدول وتبين الحقوق والواجبات الخاصة بأفراد البعثات الدبلوماسية، كما أتت على تحديد عدة مفاهيم كالحصانة الدبلوماسية وقطع العلاقات.
