Cognitive Memoisation (CM) Public Statement and Stewardship Model
Description
Cognitive Memoisation (CM) is a public, open framework for epistemic governance: how meaning, reasoning, and knowledge are articulated, externalised, and retained across human interaction, and interchanged between human and machines - involving language models.
CM exists to prevent semantic drift, premature commitment, and category collapse when working with generative systems.
The release of the Cognitive Memoisation (CM-2) Protocol is intentionally portable, platform and domain-agnostic. It describes protocol invariants that are used to realise serialisation of Knowledge for Round-Trip Engineering.
