Description
Figure 1 The Bayesian inference (BI) phylogeny of Resupinatus inferred from combined ITS and nLSU sequences, with Hohenbuehelia flabelliformis and H. lageniformis designated as outgroup taxa. Maximum likelihood (ML) bootstrap support values (BS ≥ 50%) and BI posterior probabilities (BPP ≥ 0.9) are indicated on the corresponding branches, while BS ≥ 70% and BPP ≥ 0.95 were considered significantly supported. The newly described species, Resupinatus angulatus, R. latemarginatus, R. sinoapplicatus, and R. sinuosus, are shown in bold. The scale bar (bottom) denotes the number of substitutions per site.
