Figure 7 in Galactomannan inhibits Trichinella spiralis invasion of intestinal epithelium cells and enhances antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity related killing of larvae by driving macrophage polarization

Description

Figure 7. mRNA expression level of M1/M2 genes in RAW264.7 macrophages. The mRNA expression of M1/M2 cytokines in RAW264.7 macrophages treated with rTsgal or GM was analyzed by qPCR. After treatment with 20 µg/mL rTsgal or 1.6% GM at 37 °C for 24 h, the transcription level of M1 cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α) was clearly increased in RAW264.7 macrophages, whereas the transcription level of M2 cytokines (IL-10, TGF-β) and surface marker CD206 was not evidently changed. The mRNA expression levels of the cytokines were calculated with the Ct (2—ΔΔCt) method. GAPDH was utilized as an internal control. *p <0.0001 compared to the DMEM group.
