  • 1. University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Description

This repository contains R code used to perform the analyses presented in the study:

**"Seasonal Influence of Fruit Maturity and Variety on Postharvest Fungal Diseases and Vascular Streaking Disorders of Avocados in California."**

The code includes scripts for analyzing disease severity, pathogenicity test results, and fruit dry matter content in avocados. These analyses support the evaluation of postharvest fungal diseases and physiological disorders across different seasons and avocado varieties.

### Contents
